The Steps

First Contact
Whether you hear of us through a friend, our website or see us around. Neil will be delighted to discuss your move, offer any advice and get a in-person survey booked in for a date that suits you.

Pre-Pack
Once you have a date for moving secured, our team of professionals will begin packing and preparing your items for moving. We pride ourselves on a bespoke packing approach tailored to each unique item.

Settling in Service
Perhaps the most popular of the additional services we offer is our settling in service —where we unpack, put away, and remove all packing debris for you. Usually this is done the day after the move.
You can also request that we dismantle and rebuild furniture as required.

In-Person Survey
At Total Removals, we truly value the importance of an in person survey. Not only does it allow us to get an accurate understanding of your move, but it also gives you a chance to meet Neil and to ask any questions you mave have.

Move Day
On moving day, our expert team of removals professionals will arrive at the agreed time and begin carefully moving your furniture and effects. From fine art and pianos to everyday items, your belongings will be treated with the care and attention they deserve.

Complimentary Support
As a thank you for choosing Total. We offer a complimentary 2 hours worth of support following your move. Whether you need help assembling furniture of need assistance moving some boxes; Total Removals will be happy to help!
